The outer cover of this set of Leentu is made of carbon fiber material. When the roof is closed, the increase of the kit to the front of the car is not high, and there is no goose roof that is customary for a pack car. In terms of appearance, it is no different from an ordinary pickup with a rear cover.
While camping, the kit’s roof is lifted to create a two-story living space with 6 feet of standing room measured up from the cargo floor. The upper fabric materials are all waterproof fabrics. The living space formed by the upper part can provide a single bed with a width of 1.2 meters and a length of 2 meters. Of course, it can also be converted into a rest area. On the lower floor, the original cargo box of the pickup is retained, and after adjustment, it can form a single bed, folding table, small cabinet and other spaces.
The lighting in the car is dominated by LED light sources, and a fan is provided for ventilation. The roof of the high-end model can also be equipped with solar panels for internal power supply.
Currently, Leentu’s camping kit is only developed for Toyota Tacoma, and its product lineup will continue to expand to other mid-size pickups in the North American market, and there will be a version for full-size pickups in the future.
