The Alps are the highest mountains in Europe, with an average altitude of about 3,000 meters and a total area of about 220,000 square kilometers. They are located in southern Europe.
It starts from the Mediterranean coast near Nice, France in the west, passes through northern Italy, southern Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and southern Germany, and ends in the Vienna Basin in Austria in the east.
There are a total of 82 peaks over 4,000 meters above sea level, more than half of which are located in the Swiss canton of Valais. The scenery of the Alps is very charming, and it is a world-famous scenic spot and tourist attraction. It is called “the palace of nature” and “the real landform exhibition hall” by the world.
