Crewe, April 24, 2020 The all-new Bentley Flying Spur is equipped with a multifunctional Touch Screen Remote that is exclusively for rear passengers. The device can adjust a range of vehicle settings, taking the comfortable and smooth driving experience to a whole new level.

The handcrafted luxury cockpit contains a series of advanced in-vehicle technologies, and also demonstrates the Bentley brand’s unparalleled attention to detail. Among them, the highly innovative touch-screen remote control device is made of polished metal and decorated with exquisite diamond-shaped knurling texture. Rear passengers simply touch a button on the screen to remove the remote control unit held by the integrated magnet from the rear center console.

The unit features a quad-core processor, 1GB of memory, a 1280 x 720 pixel display, and an advanced integrated sensor. The sensor is equipped with a three-axis accelerometer and a proximity sensor with touch feedback to achieve an intuitive and convenient control experience. In addition, the touch-screen remote control device uses a lithium polymer battery with a capacity of 3200 mAh, fully considering the needs of luxury travel.

Customers can set the comfortable seat through the touch-screen remote control device, which includes 14 adjustment modes, 6 seat heating and ventilation modes, 5 seat massage functions, and armrest heating function adjustment, which will personalize the comfort Take the experience to a whole new level.

In addition, the remote control device can also individually set individual settings for the air-conditioning system in the rear cockpit, including air-conditioning wind speed, temperature, airflow distribution, and air purification.

Whether it is day or night, the cockpit light can be adjusted freely. Customers can adjust the new Flying Spur’s panoramic sunroof and windows through the touch-screen remote control to obtain the desired natural light. The Panoramic Sunshade and Rear Window Blinds can also be set through the remote control device to create a quiet and comfortable cockpit space for the driver and passengers. The new Flying Spur has added a configuration option of mood lighting (Mood Lighting). When rear passengers choose the light color and intensity according to their personal preferences, they can be stored as preferred settings in the remote control device.

Available on the new Flying Spur, the optional Naim for Bentley car audio has a system power of 2,200 watts, 18 speakers and an extensive multimedia library. Customers only need to touch the remote control device to adjust the audio system through a simple control interface. 

The touch-screen remote control device allows rear passengers to obtain front-seat driving information, including current speed, journey information, outside temperature, and a complete navigation interface, so as to understand the itinerary in real time. Not only that, but the double-flying wing “B” logo on the front end of the brand-new Flying Spur engine hood can be adjusted freely through the remote control device.
