I participated in an event today, and there are license plates everywhere in the country. Most of the luxury C-types cost more than 400,000 to 500,000 yuan, but when these cars are put together, it is impossible to tell who is good and who is bad, and all of them are disgraced. Because they are all coming from all over the country, usually the activities of this kind of club can see the most real life status of riders. One word – chaos! Recalling the simple camping life I experienced in a certain camp two days ago, I feel that there are some problems, and it is necessary to talk about it…
If it is a RV, washing and drying clothes and quilts, and setting up a stove to cook, it is a very life-like scene. Although it is easy to attract onlookers, it is generally just a curiosity, and it is enough to take a look…
What if it’s a group of RVs getting together? Laundry and drying clothes and quilts, pull the table to cook, feel… Is it back to the shanty town that has not been remodeled? Now there are some gatherings of car lovers, which look like people’s parks in various regions. People who play musical instruments, play mahjong, walk their dogs… Many people who don’t know about RVs will lose their desire to buy RVs immediately after seeing them. It’s been a bit rough and dirty these days.
I didn’t mean to criticize any riders in the post, but what I saw and felt recently, I feel that at this stage of RV life, it’s best not to join multiple cars together, and each should play their own way. A group of riders get together, it’s a bit chaotic! This is originally a matter of personal living habits. Many grandpas and aunts have lived for decades, and they don’t pay special attention to many small details. They have no concept of “public places”. If younger riders don’t like it, don’t get involved. That’s it.
If there is any purpose in posting today, it is to persuade camp operators or camp organizers (after all, I can’t afford to mess with car friends). If you really love camping and want to do it as a career. Try to provide more convenience for riders, such as a laundry room, several washing machines, and dryers, which are all paid by WeChat now, and people may not need to watch them. Even if someone needs to watch, how difficult is it to find a laid-off aunt? When car friends get together, is it better to look better than whose underwear? You are flying all kinds of clothes to dry all over the camp, it is really an eyesore, isn’t it?
As for environmental sanitation, there are few bikers camping in the campground, and no problems have been seen for the time being, but will there be more in the future? I recommend that the campsite can add some obvious reminders, where to dump the garbage, don’t drop the cigarette butts or give a trash can. And through monitoring, punish the riders who litter or let them clean up by themselves. There are some rules, if you ignore them, you will be the one who will be in trouble in the end!
There is basically no solution for riders to open the table to cook at any time. Originally, the camp also does this, but I recommend providing more convenience for riders. There are quite a lot of riders like me who can have a canteen for cooking and are determined not to fire by themselves. The camps are generally remote, and it is unrealistic to expect takeaways, you can only count on the camps.
Regardless of whether it is an activity organized by a camp or a club, if riders get together, at least a few rules should be listed to regulate the behavior of riders. Although it sounds… not very polite, but people gather together and there are no rules. A few nights ago, I was disturbed by the chatter of a group of car friends, and it was difficult to fall asleep. When I got up early, I was woken up by the sound of pots and pans making breakfast, which made me want to sleep on the side of the road. At this time, if there is an organizer in the camp, shouldn’t there be a rule: “From 10 in the evening to 7 in the morning, please pay attention to the noise, so as not to disturb other riders’ rest”.
The pictures above were taken by car friends when they went to the Sydney camp. Can our camp operators learn from it? Don’t build man-made scenic spots, build more things that are really used by riders!
We are camping now, and there are quite a lot of similar questions. In fact, as long as we go through a few gatherings of RV riders, we can write a bunch of them. No one cares about everything, it all depends on the self-consciousness of the riders. I don’t deny that most riders are very careful about their words and deeds, and don’t cause trouble for others, but there are always some people who are different, and everyone who can be disturbed by one or two is uncomfortable…
I think the organizers of RV gatherings and operators of RV camps should pay attention to the above points. If you can establish good rules from the source, RV camping can go on harmoniously, and the gathering of car friends will be meaningful.
Although RV camping life is good, but at this stage, it is immature… If you are like me, you don’t like this kind of chaos very much, when you go to camp, try to stay aside. It’s just a parking space, and there’s no way to park a car there. Or just play on your own, don’t mix with old car friends, you can’t talk to each other, it’s nothing more than the route of Haibei every year, it’s nothing more than the little things on the RV, aren’t you going through it yourself? ? It is better to go by yourself than to listen to him!
I would like to declare that this article does not mean to accuse any riders, it is all about life, if I get in together, it will not be much better! I just feel that before there is a mature camping environment, there are occasions where car enthusiasts gather, so it’s fine not to go. At the same time, I also hope that our RV camping in China can mature sooner. There can be more camping sites, for the sake of riders, provide more practical camping functions, so that the life-like scenes of windy underwear flying away from the sight of riders…
