On July 27, the new BYD Yuan EV360 standard battery life version was officially launched, and a total of two configuration models were launched. The subsidized prices are 105,800 yuan and 109,800 yuan. BYD officially provides a series of preferential policies for new cars. Buying a car will give you free cloud services for up to 2 years, and a 5G/month data package for 1 year. Consumers who buy cars before September 30 can upgrade for free with a DiLink smart suit worth 6,000 yuan. The upgrade package is limited to 2,000 units.
The new BYD Yuan EV360 standard battery life version is an upgraded model of the 2019 Yuan EV360. The appearance is basically the same as the old model. It adopts the family-style dragon face design language. Extending to the top of the headlight group, the front face is extended in visual width. The new model mainly has some upgrades in details, such as the upgraded panoramic sunroof and LED headlights. The body size of the new car is 4360/1785/1680mm in length, width and height, and the wheelbase is 2535mm.
In terms of interior, the new car adopts the latest family interior design, using full LCD instrumentation, rotatable central control screen and so on. Compared with the old model, the configuration has also been improved. For example, the car-machine system is equipped with the DiLink vehicle-mounted system with an 8-core CPU, which can connect to the 4G network, and supports the download and installation of commonly used apps on mobile phones. At the same time, the system also supports OTA upgrade.
In terms of power, the new car continues to use the same electric drive system as the old model, and is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 70kW (95Ps) and a peak torque of 180N m, paired with a single-speed gearbox. The power battery is also the same as the old model, using a ternary lithium battery with a capacity of 42kWh, and the density of the battery pack has reached 160Wh/kg. The official announcement of the NEDC cruising range of the car is 305km.
