It is reported that Changan CS75 PLUS will roll off the production line at Changan Hefei Base on August 2, and will be officially launched in the third quarter of this year. Compared with the previous CS75 model, the new car adopts a brand-new design, positioned as a compact SUV, and provides two appearance packages and 1.5T and 2.0T engines for consumers to choose.
The new car has been officially unveiled at the 2019 Shanghai Auto Show, and it provides two appearances of regular version and sports version for consumers to choose from. Specifically, compared with the familiar Changan CS75, this new car adopts a brand-new design language, and the overall shape is very fashionable, such as the penetrating LED daytime running lights on the front face, which are highly recognizable. On the basis of the normal version, the sports version is replaced with a dot-matrix black grille, uses a new style of wheels, and adds red decorations in many places on the body.
In terms of the size of the new car, its length, width and height are 4670/1865/1700 (1710) mm respectively, and the length of the sports version is increased to 4700 mm due to the different appearance surrounds, and the wheelbase of the two is the same as 2710 mm.
In terms of interior, the center console of Changan CS75 PLUS is equipped with an integrated large screen composed of a full LCD instrument and a central control display, thus creating a very technological texture. At the same time, the brand-new three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel, combined with the yacht-like electronic gear lever, makes the new car look very majestic. In terms of configuration, the new car provides 64-color adjustable ambient light, driving mode, steep slope descent, ESP, parking radar, start-stop system, headlight height adjustment and other equipment.
In terms of power, according to the previous declaration information, the regular version is equipped with a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 178 horsepower (131kW) and a peak torque of 265 Nm. The sports version provides a Blue Whale 2.0TGDI engine with a maximum power of 233 horsepower and a peak torque of 360 Nm. The transmission system is matched with Aisin 6-speed (1.5T) and 8-speed (2.0T) automatic manual transmissions.
