On May 12, the construction of the Tuju Wuhu Marenshan RV campsite project started in Zhongfen Village, Suncun Town, Fanchang County. So far, Tuju camping has owned 8 directly-operated camps and 47 franchised camps across the country, speeding up its goal of building the first brand in China’s camping industry.
The Tuju Wuhu Marenshan RV campsite project is jointly funded and constructed by Tuju Campsite Investment Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chery Holding Group, and Fanchang County Construction Investment Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 300 million yuan. As the eighth directly-operated campsite of Tuju Camping, the Maren Mountain project is a key step in the national network layout of Tuju Camping, and an important step in the professionalization, branding and scale development of Tuju Camping.
The project is adjacent to the Maren Qifeng Scenic Spot and the former site of the New Fourth Army, surrounded by beautiful scenery and profound cultural heritage. It is known as “Zhangjiajie in southern Anhui, Xiaohuangshan in the riverside”, and has rich cultural and natural eco-tourism resources. The transportation around the project is convenient, connecting central and southern Anhui, radiating core cities such as Hematong, Suxichang, Nanjing and Shanghai, and the location conditions are very superior.
According to the project plan, the Tuju Wuhu Maren Mountain RV campsite project covers a total area of nearly 600 acres, with more than 130 planned RV camps, and is planned to be developed and constructed in three phases. Among them, the development and construction area of the first phase of the project is about 164,000 square meters, and the planned land area of the second phase is about 176,000 square meters. The project will build tourist centers, children’s centers, New Fourth Army themed restaurants, anti-Japanese war experience micro-theatres, enterprise pavilions, RV camp areas, pine cone wooden houses, characteristic homestays, and recreational and holiday activity areas and other supporting facilities.
The project as a whole takes “nature, wildness, intelligence, and intimacy” as the core concept, and features landscape leisure vacations and red history and culture. , sports and entertainment, outdoor camping, vacation travel, outreach training, exhibition activities, camp education, research travel and other diverse formats. After the completion of the project, it will not only enrich Chery Group’s “Automobile Industry Ecosystem” format, but also extend the local tourism industry chain, make up for the gap in surrounding tourism formats and demand, and drive new growth in the regional tourism economy.
Up to now, Tuju camping has 8 direct camps in Huangshan, Wuhu Longshan, Wuhu Marenshan, Yangzhou, Zhenjiang, Nantong, Xiangtan and Xiaogan, and 47 franchise camps nationwide. In the next 5-10 years, it is planned to open more than 300 self-built, joint venture or franchised campsites across the country, and is committed to becoming the first brand in China’s campsite industry.
