Chery Group’s sales volume in July “booms even in off-season”

The latest sales report of Chery Holding Group shows that in July, the group sold 49,000 vehicles, of which Chery’s domestic sales achieved “double growth” year-on-year and month-on-month. From January to July, the Group sold a total of 373,000 vehicles, of which sales of self-owned models increased by 6.2% year-on-year, continuing to maintain an upward trend against the trend.

Chery Automobile, as the main brand of the group’s automobile sector, took the newly launched new-generation Tiggo 8, Tiggo 5 x HERO, Arrizo “Gemini” PRO version and other star models as the forerunner, and its domestic sales in July increased by 7.9% month-on-month. Chery Holdings Jietu product series sold 8,170 units in July, a year-on-year increase of 2%; the Jietu X70 series has been on the market for only 10 months, and the cumulative sales have exceeded 100,000 units. The group’s special-purpose vehicles, RVs, logistics vehicles and other products continued to maintain a “full series attack”, which drove the monthly sales of the group’s commercial vehicle segment to increase by 17.5%, and the cumulative sales from January to July increased by 73.6% year-on-year.
