Crossing Degong Line and Bingcha Line (1)

Last year, due to the intense fight against poverty, there have been no weekends and holidays. I occasionally read the forum, and it was relatively deserted. It is rare that we have a five-day holiday for the March Street Nationality Festival in Dali these two days, so we took the time to participate in the two-line crossing activity organized by the team. The time schedule is five days, and the time is tight. Two vehicles crossed to Kongqueshan Yakou on the Degong Line and returned on the same road due to accidents. The rest of the vehicles and motorcycles finally successfully completed the crossing of the planned route.

On the first day, from Dali to Deqin Feilai Temple;

On the second day, from Feilai Temple to Bingzhongluo;

On the third day, from Bingzhongluo to Zayu County;

On the fourth day, from Zayu County to Mangkang County;

On the fifth day, return to Dali from Rumei Town.

On the first day, we set off from Dali at 10 o’clock and took the Lijiang Expressway all the way.

For Dali people, there is no place to enjoy much, but there is a place that can be visited in the original car tour route, and it is the big beach by the Jinsha River that is worth visiting. You can play, camp, barbecue, party, etc. on the beach by the river. We didn’t stop there, we went directly to Feilai Temple in Deqin County, stayed here, and watched the sunrise of Meili Snow Mountain the next day. We are lucky, the snow-capped mountains at night and the sunrise in the morning are sunny, and we have encountered them.

On the way back, Meili Snow Mountain was completely covered by clouds and mist.

Day 2: Crossing the Dragon Line.

Get up early in the morning to watch the sunrise of Meili Snow Mountain. Started slowly after eating breakfast. The Degong Line has been researched on the map the year before last, and I wanted to cross it a few times, but it was not possible due to time constraints. Up to now, the Degong Line has been paved with asphalt roads, and the difficulty is no longer there. If it is not Snow and landslides, the car has no difficulty. Under normal circumstances, the walk can be completed in 4 hours. Starting from Deqin County, go downhill to the Lancang River, and then go down the river to the intersection of Yongzhi Village, just go to Yongzhi Village. Fortunately this time, the snow at Yakou of Peacock Mountain is still very thick, and the scenery is very beautiful.

Over the four to five kilometers downhill at the Yakou of Kongque Mountain, many two-wheel drive vehicles, cars, and small trucks were unable to pass through the road that was temporarily opened due to landslides, causing traffic jams. For our off-road team, haha, naturally It doesn’t matter. After nearly three hours of rescue, more than 20 vehicles passed through successfully under our command and tow rescue.

Walking all the way down the mountain and reaching Pengdang Township at the foot of the mountain, you have actually completed the crossing of Degong Road. Our next stop is Bingchacha. After crossing the Pengdang Bridge, turn right and head towards Bingzhongluo. We planned a barbecue during our crossing trip, so I took the lead to open the way, found a secluded place, and started Special tasks in our itinerary.
