The event was hosted by the Shaanxi Brigade of Pazhongju and held in Gaohanchuan at the junction of Shaanxi and Gansu. Before writing a post, first of all, I would like to thank the event staff and volunteer service team for their dedication to the event. I would also like to thank Xi’an Chengcheng Yulang Trading Co., Ltd., the general agent of Shaanxi who provided sponsorship for Moutai Prince Liquor for this event, and Shaanxi General Distribution Company, which provided event souvenirs for volunteers.
Preparations for this event began on July 20th and ended on August 12th. After the staff explored the road three times and communicated with the local herdsmen and relevant departments twice, in order not to affect the normal grazing of the pasture and not to cause damage to the pasture, the working group selected and replaced the activity site three times before and after, and finally determined the camping activity location in the more primitive Shaanxi. It is near Laoyeling Guanshanliang at the junction of Gansu and Gansu. The activity site negotiates with the herdsmen in the designated area, and the campsite and vehicles are strictly arranged to be parked within the delineated area. Strictly implement the grassland management system in pastoral areas, strictly abide by the “Environmental Protection Convention of Pazhong Club Members”, and equip 3 environmental protection supervisors to check in the activity area at any time.
Before the end of the activity, the team members took their children to clean up the garbage on the camp and the surrounding grasslands outside the camp, and experienced the joy of environmental protection. After the inspection and confirmation by the environmental protection supervisor, the director of the forest police station, the forest ranger of the Forestry Bureau, the wind power company and the local herdsman head confirmed on the spot that the activity did not cause any harm to the grasslands in the area, and the activity has not caused any damage. The good organization and environmental protection awareness reflected in it expressed their praise.
At the end of the event, the convoys evacuated in batches in sequence, and finally all the garbage was taken away by the working vehicles.

Alpine River is located at the junction of Shanxi, Gansu and Ningxia in Guanshan Mountains, Guguan Town, Long County. Located here, the famous Guanlong Ancient Road is also here! Gaohanchuan has been famous all over the world for Qin Feizi raising horses since ancient times, and it is the birthplace of the Great Qin Empire. At an altitude of 2125 meters, the terrain is high and cold, with many hills and grasslands. It is the only scenic spot in the northwestern inland area of my country that is dominated by alpine meadows and has a Nordic style, comparable to Switzerland.
The road survey started from July 20th to the day before the event on the 10th, and arrived at the junction of Shaanxi and Gansu three times to find a suitable event location. During this period, there were many uncertain factors such as road construction, pastoral area protection, weather, surrounding environment, etc. The event was delayed by 10 days than planned, but fortunately, the members gave us enough trust and support.
The road survey pioneers are Zhang Yixiaojing and his wife, members of the working group, and each time it takes 2 to 3 days to collect the data and implement them one by one in the operation center.
The trailblazer is Zhang Yi from Pazhongju RV Camp and Pazhongjumo Brigade, number 0127.
Ask local herdsmen about the situation on the grasslands to find a suitable place for activities.
The pasture road guided by the herdsmen was later considered by the operation center to abandon this route after considering the ecology of the pasture.
The beautiful scenery in the road survey process is both sweet and bitter.
The choice of different campsites was eventually given up one by one due to pastoral reasons.
The road survey team marked every intersection on the route the convoy passed, and all checkpoints were contacted and coordinated in advance.

There is no need to explain the lunch in Longxian County. Everyone arrived at the Guguan road repair site on time at 13:30 as agreed, and the road survey personnel contacted in advance to release on time at two o’clock.
There are 30 planned vehicles for this activity, and the actual participation includes a total of 34 vehicles including airborne vehicles, with 63 adults and 27 children. The operation center fully predicted the event and adjusted the logistics team and kitchen plan in time. The volunteer team was launched in the first three days, and team management was carried out during the event to ensure the smooth flow of the event.
After entering the mountainous area, the convoy marches in formation, and the radio station is strictly forbidden to chat for a long time.
