statement:
This year’s competition will be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions and methods of the “General Rules for the 2019 Off-Road Rally Competition”, the “Technical Regulations for Vehicles in the 2019 Automobile Off-Road Series”, and the “Work Manual of China Automobile and Motorcycle Federation” and “Baja Asia Competition Rules”.
1. Registration time

From June 21st to July 10th (Wednesday 19:00)
– Preferential registration period:
Until June 30, 2019 (Wednesday 19:00)
– The registration fee will increase by 20% after the preferential registration period ends;
– Participants are requested to register within the specified time, and those exceeding the registration deadline will not be accepted;
2. Registration conditions
1. Qualifications:
Drivers and navigators who sign up for the challenge group must hold a valid driving license of C1 or above issued by the traffic control department of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Eligibility for vehicles in the challenge group:
– Must be a production model;
– Unlimited displacement;
– The frame and body size cannot be changed;
– The basic attributes such as the front and rear wheelbase of the original car cannot be changed;
– Modification and installation of shock absorbers are not restricted;
– A roll cage must be installed, and the requirements for the roll cage refer to the work manual of the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation, the 2019 Auto Off-Road Series Vehicle Technical Regulations Safety Equipment and Modification (G283-8.1);
– Encourage the installation of safety seats and multi-point safety belts;
– Vehicles in the UTV group must be equipped with a front reinforced roll cage; the roof must be safely closed;
– Vehicles in the challenge UTV group must be equipped with a protective net. The minimum size of the mesh is 25*25 mm, and the maximum size of the mesh is 60*60 mm; a four-point safety belt must be installed (as shown in the figure);
3. Safety requirements:
– The car must be equipped with two safety belt cutters and glass hammers, tow belts and safety reflective tripods;
– All vehicles must be equipped with one or more fire extinguishers, each with a volume of not less than 2 kg;
– Participating vehicles are not allowed to modify the original fuel tank. An auxiliary fuel tank can be added, but the auxiliary fuel tank must be an explosion-proof fuel tank, which must be firmly fixed on the car body or frame, and the added fuel tank and cab must have a closed compartment;
– must be equipped with not less than one spare wheel matching the vehicle model;
– All participating drivers must wear racing suits, safety helmets and other equipment certified by the FIA or Baja Asia Organizing Committee, and UTV groups must wear full helmets.
– It is recommended to carry a shovel and two sand boards.

4. Cost
1. Registration fee
1.1 Professional car group:
Accept the organizer’s advertisement, each car group: 25,000 RMB
The organizer’s advertisement is not accepted, each car group: 35,000 RMB
The registration fee includes 1 car, 1 driver, and 1 navigator. Each car is allowed to have a maximum of 8 people to complete the race in relay. Each additional driver or navigator will increase the registration fee by 2,000 yuan; , only the same car group is allowed to complete the race;
The registration fee includes the registration fee for the working vehicle and accompanying personnel; there is a limit of three working vehicles, and each additional vehicle will be charged 1,000 yuan; the insurance of the accompanying staff is borne by the team itself, and the insurance policy must be presented during the administrative inspection;
1.2 Professional truck group:
Accept the organizer’s advertisement, each car group: 25,000 RMB
The organizer’s advertisement is not accepted, each car group: 35,000 RMB
The registration fee includes 1 car, 1 driver, 1 navigator, and 1 mechanic. Each car is allowed to have a maximum of 8 people to complete the race in relay, and each additional driver or navigator will increase the registration fee by 2,000 yuan; Drivers with annual championship points are only allowed to complete the race in the same group;
The registration fee includes the registration fee for the working vehicle and accompanying personnel; there is a limit of three working vehicles, and each additional vehicle will be charged 1,000 yuan; the insurance of the accompanying staff is borne by the team itself, and the insurance policy must be presented during the administrative inspection;
1.3 Challenge group registration fee:

The registration fee includes 1 racing car, 1 driver, and 1 navigator. Each car allows up to 8 people to complete the race in relay, and the registration fee will increase by 1,000 yuan for each additional driver or navigator;
The registration fee includes the registration fee for the working vehicle and accompanying personnel; there is a limit of two working vehicles, and each additional vehicle will be charged 1,000 yuan; the insurance of the accompanying staff is borne by the team itself, and the insurance policy must be presented during the administrative inspection;
2. The registration fee includes:
2.1 Right to participate (including license plates, car stickers, souvenirs, insurance)
2.2 According to the team registration situation, the organizing committee will allocate the corresponding area and location of the camp
2.3 Provide emergency rescue services for drivers and navigators during the stage
2.4 Provide personal accident insurance of not less than RMB 700,000 per person and accidental injury medical insurance of RMB 300,000

2.6 Lighting and Electricity Services for Public Areas in Domestic Stages

2.9 The registration fee does not include services provided by third parties, as well as event safety equipment rental fees and deposits (not collected by the organizer):

3. Other security equipment rental fees and deposits provided by third parties
3.1 It is mandatory for all car groups participating in the competition to install special equipment for the competition;
3.2 Equipment rental fee for the professional group:
3.2.1 Professional group: RMB 6,000 per unit (satellite tracker, race-specific navigation and overtaking warning system ENB);
3.2.2 The deposit for each equipment is 4,000 yuan. The relevant company will arrange special personnel to assist the team to install the equipment during the administrative inspection and collect the rent and deposit. The equipment will be taken back at the end of the competition and the deposit will be refunded after inspection.

3.3.1 Equipment rental fee for challenge group:
The equipment rental fee for the international group will be borne by the organizing committee, and only the traffic fee will be charged: 1600 yuan/set;
The equipment rental fee for the domestic group will be borne by the organizing committee, and only the traffic fee will be charged: 800 yuan/set;
3.3.2 The deposit for each equipment is 4,000 yuan. The relevant company will arrange special personnel to assist the team to install the equipment during the administrative inspection and collect the rent and deposit. The equipment will be taken back at the end of the competition and the deposit will be refunded after inspection.
4. Visa and vehicle customs clearance fees
4.1 The Organizing Committee handles Mongolian visas for transit personnel, 600 yuan per person. If you do it yourself, you must report your personal identity information to the Organizing Committee for record, so that the Organizing Committee can uniformly arrange transit through the green channel:
4.2 All customs clearance and transit procedures for racing cars, security vehicles, and work vehicles will be handled by the organizing committee, and declarations must be made 30 working days in advance until July 10. Please refer to the follow-up announcement for details of transit fees and submission materials;
4.3 If the event cannot be held due to force majeure, the organizer is only responsible for refunding the money received; the money received by the organizer will be refunded no later than 30 working days from the date of cancellation;
4.4 In other cases, the organizer will not refund the registration fee;
5. Insurance
1. The organizing committee of the event shall uniformly undertake the insurance of the public liability insurance for the event, including the third party liability insurance for the racing car at the specified time and on the specified event route;
2. Personal accident insurance and medical rescue insurance. The organizer provides personal accident insurance of not less than 700,000 yuan per person and accidental injury medical insurance of 300,000 yuan for all participating car groups. Non-mainland vehicle groups must be responsible for their own personal travel insurance. The insurance policy must be prepared at the time of registration and presented at the administrative inspection.
3. Third party liability insurance and compulsory traffic insurance
All vehicles other than racing cars, including temporary entry vehicles, must apply for third-party liability insurance and compulsory motor vehicle traffic accident insurance during the competition. The third-party insurance amount shall not be less than RMB 100,000. The insurance policy must be presented at the administrative inspection.

7. Dragon Tiger Cup (all crew members over 60 years old: trophy);

10. If each group (T1 two-wheel drive group, T1 four-wheel drive group, T3 group, T4 group, and open group) meets the number of entries, it will also be awarded the club cup and other awards stipulated in the general rules of the 2019 cross-country rally:
