Geely officially released the official photos of the Boyue PRO recently. The new car is based on the upgrade of the current Boyue, and has been upgraded in terms of appearance, interconnection system and power. It is understood that the new car will be officially unveiled in Beijing on July 3.
Geely Boyue Pro’s exterior design ideas refer to some elements of Xingyue, among which the rippling air intake grille is more three-dimensional and equipped with the latest black LOGO. The headlights are replaced with full LED headlights, and with a more powerful front surround design, it looks more aggressive and sporty.
Viewed from the side, the new car adopts a more prominent front wheel eyebrow design, which makes the new car more muscular. At the same time, it is equipped with a brand-new 19-inch wheel rim, which improves the visual effect of the whole car. In terms of rear design, while the new car continues the suspended roof, the spoiler design on the roof is optimized. The new LED turn signal group adopts a three-dimensional design, which looks more technological.
In contrast, the interior design of the Boyue PRO is mainly concentrated on the center console, the overall design sense has been greatly improved, the new touch screen is larger in size, and the piano-key air-conditioning control area is added below, which is convenient for the front row drivers and passenger operation. In addition, the new steering wheel, the area around the shift lever, the panoramic sunroof, the LED interior ambient light, the driving mode selection knob and the update of interior materials all make the Boyue PRO look more textured. In addition, Boyue PRO will also become Geely’s first X WATCH Limited Edition (smart travel watch), integrating vehicle control, sports and fitness, entertainment information, mobile communication and other functions.
In terms of power, Boyue PRO will be equipped with 1.8TD and 1.5TD power combinations, both of which meet the new National VI emission standards. Among them, the new-generation 1.8TD engine has a maximum power of 184 horsepower and a peak torque of 300 Nm. In terms of transmission, the 1.8T engine is matched with a 7-speed DCT dual-clutch gearbox, and the 1.5TD three-cylinder engine is matched with a 6-speed automatic manual gearbox.
