During the body welding process, the camera conducts online quality tracking and monitoring, and the data of each welding point of each vehicle during the production process, such as welding, riveting pressure and parameters, will be monitored in real time. After the welding is completed, the model quality sampling inspection will be carried out, including online inspection with infrared rays, and offline inspection with ruby probe and Nikon lidar.
