The organizing committee provides the following services:
Category A: On-site media services The selected media will obtain media permits for interviews in different regions, such as special photographers, official photographers, official video reporters, official text reporters, etc. At the same time, you can also get priority access to official press releases and related report materials.
Category B: For those media who cannot reach the scene due to time or other special factors, the Organizing Committee of the Ring Tower Organizing Committee will establish a public media pool for the 2019 China Ring Tower (International) Rally, and provide the latest events and news materials for the convenience of the media release. If the media has special interview needs, please communicate with the organizing committee in advance, and the organizing committee will provide convenient services as much as possible.
Category C: Team Media Services In order to better meet the reporting needs of the teams and manufacturers and provide better race services, the media invited by the manufacturers and teams must also register in advance so that the organizer can coordinate. The media platform and reporting column should be submitted when registering. In addition, in order to solve the worries of some teams or clubs, the organizing committee will also provide media service packages, such as event pictures, videos and other products to meet the promotion needs of the teams. Teams or clubs in need can contact relevant personnel of the organizing committee in advance. 2019 China Tower (International) Rally Media Management Regulations
In order to do a good job in media services and make the event reports orderly, the 2019 organizing committee also formulated the following management regulations, and hope that friends from the media will abide by them:
1. Media classification management rules:
Media reporters, including but not limited to official media, team media, free media, etc. All major media participating in the event report must submit a media application in advance. Special photographers, official photographers, official camera reporters, official writers, team media (with media platform), team work media (without media platform) 6 media cards, and differentiated by different vests and car stickers. The organizing committee will divide designated work areas for media of different attributes to serve the work of journalists more efficiently.
2. On-site non-officially invited media management rules:
The unofficially invited media will need to pay the media registration fee when registering. The specific fee is subject to the registration notice before the 2019 competition. The organizing committee will issue corresponding media badges, media car stickers, media vests, etc. Those with media platforms will also share the official materials of the organizer.
Three: Media Violation Punishment Regulations:
1. After registration, the organizing committee will issue media cards in the news center. During the event, all media reporters are required to wear a media card, so that the information of the person, card and car is integrated. If the card is borrowed from others and the information is not valid, the organizing committee has the right to cancel the qualification of the event report.
2. Reporters must abide by the rules of public transportation, and shall not commit violations such as speeding, retrograde, and crossing the track. A fine of 500-10,000 yuan will be imposed.
