Since a group of Japanese students came up with a Mercedes-Benz G-Class kit style based on the previous generation of Jimny, Mercedes-Benz G-Class modification has become a trend and trend in the modification plan of the new generation of Jimny. Among the endless Mercedes-Benz G-Class modification plans, an AMG 4×4² modified Jimny recently appeared.
From the appearance point of view, this modification plan originated from the Middle East is not only close to the Mercedes-Benz G-Class in appearance, but also improves the ground clearance of the Jimny through the blessing of a chassis kit. The key to this kit is the same portal axle as the Mercedes-Benz G-Class 4×4².
After adopting the portal axle, the Jimny’s body was raised high, while also providing a flat chassis. The track has also been significantly increased, so that a black widebody kit must be used to cover the bulging wheels.
The color scheme of the body also uses a bright yellow color scheme, and additional black anti-collision bars have been added to the front and rear bumpers. In the roof area there is a spoiler with LED auxiliary light.
Like the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, this small-sized Jimny also uses side-mounted exhaust pipes, and adds the same anti-scratch strips as the Mercedes-Benz G-Class on the side of the body.
After some changes, this Jimny has basically restored the style of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class 4×4². In terms of performance, it will naturally be greatly improved compared to the regular version of the Jimny.
