Porsche recently announced a new personnel appointment: Mr. Yuan Muxing (Michael Ramsey) will succeed Mr. Shi Maolin (Daniel Schmollinger) and will officially serve as Vice President of Porsche China Network Management and Development from August 1, 2019. Mr. Shi Maolin has been appointed as the vice president of Porsche China market in March this year.

Mr. Yuan Muxing’s 20 years of management experience in the luxury car industry is undoubtedly a valuable asset for the development of Porsche China’s dealer network,” Porsche China President and CEO Dr. Yan Boyu (Dr. -Ing. Jens Puttfarcken) said. “At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Shi Maolin for his outstanding contribution to the management of Porsche China dealers during his tenure in the past five years.”
In order to meet the rapidly growing customer needs of Porsche in the Chinese market, Mr. Yuan Muxing will be fully responsible for strengthening the dealer network and exploring new retail models. At the same time, he will lead a number of dealer support programs, supervise the construction of dealer facilities and the formulation of related standards, be responsible for the transformation of digital retail, and promote the business development of Porsche China Talent Academy, so as to enhance the professionalism and service capabilities of Porsche China dealers .
Mr. Yuan Muxing joined Porsche in 2010 and has worked in Porsche for more than 9 years. Before joining Porsche China, he served as Director of Sales Projects and Services at Porsche Cars North America. In his previous roles, he focused on corporate management including sales, digital marketing, customer service and business development, and innovation.
Mr. Yuan Muxing was born in Maine, USA in 1969, and graduated from the University of South Carolina, USA with a master’s degree in International Business Administration.
