I had an idea and saw that the rear lights of my American standard LC80 were very beautiful. I wanted to see what effect it would have if I installed 78. As a result, I was approved by Brother Dajiang as soon as I put forward the idea. It just so happens that there are original 80 width indicator lights in China. OK, Then do it, the lc78 at night may become more beautiful and more aggressive because of this light, and of course it is safer.
This is estimated to be the first in the LC7 series to be equipped with an air lift airbag. Considering that the 78 will be used to tow RVs and motorcycles in the future, and the weight will increase greatly, we chose an air bag man airbag for the 78 in Australia. It was used for the Raptor and Tundra before. It’s the first time for the 7 series, so stay tuned guys.
Because there is no bracket like the original one, it took 2 days just to make the bracket for the airbag, because the air pump and control system have not yet arrived, and now it can only be inflated semi-automatically. Toughness, the air pressure is about 1.0, because the rear of an empty car does not have much weight, wait for the interior to be finished and weigh it before a complete test.
Move 78 to Asia’s largest RV production company: Zhejiang Ruiye Aman RV Co., Ltd. for internal design. Almost no expense was spared to round out the 78 and improve internal efficiency.
Due to the confidentiality of the internal information of the RV company, there will be relatively few photos, please forgive me.
The internal space panels are all made of German aluminum honeycomb panels, which are lighter and stronger, adaptable to all-weather temperature changes, plus a 250ah lithium iron phosphate battery plate, and all internal space dimensions are strictly measured and calculated, which is worthy of the level of the largest RV production company in Asia.
The whole car of LC78 is laid with Burmese teak floor, painted with vegetable oil, the more polished it is, the lower layer of yacht wood is waterproof, soundproof and shock-absorbing 3-plywood, installed Australian aluminum seat quick release track, calculated arb refrigerator, made refrigerator base, made battery pack base, To make the base of the Swedish victron energy inverter, there are a bunch of bases waiting for us to make, no drawings, no data, all rely on manual measurement and calculation, and it is purely finished.
In order to facilitate parking and power collection, we installed a set of Swedish rells external 220v power supply for the 78, which is convenient for long-term parking without starting. The loss of power affects the life of the battery.
Seeing that the workshop is full of big guys, the interior of LC78 has also evolved and upgraded a little bit.
