There are a lot of car toys, models, assembly, remote control, and so on. Because my grandfather is a revolutionary cadre, the family has always had a car after retirement, so I was exposed to cars much earlier than children of the same age.
Whenever I sit and play in the cab, I imagine the scene of driving when I grow up. So when I just turned 18, I couldn’t wait to take the driving test to get a driver’s license during the summer vacation.
After I grew up, I kept reading car magazines and browsing car websites when I had nothing to do. I can basically tell the model and performance characteristics of every car on the street. I believe many boys are the same as me.
Although I have always had a soft spot for cars, I first developed a strong interest in photography. I bought several bodies and lenses, took photography classes, and obtained a photographer’s qualification certificate.
But the car I owned at that time was just an ordinary three-phase car. At that time, I didn’t have any concept of off-road, and I felt that it had nothing to do with me.
On weekdays, I would drive a car and take a camera to go outing in the countryside, and use the lens to record the magnificent Great Wall of the motherland, the starry sky deep in the grassland at night, or spend an afternoon in the waterfowl area of the zoo. Even in the winter when there is no trace of snowfall, in the bare city, the lens will be used to record the momentary dappled sunshine and shadow through the branches.
Even I believe that I am a standard literary youth. But since the night when I drove an urban SUV into Mentougou, everything changed drastically.
Speaking of this, I would like to say a few more words. At the end of that night, there was rain, the tires slipped severely, and the chassis was low. Finally, when it got dark, I had to abandon the car. The horse wrangler of a friend escaped and waited for the road conditions the next day. Only when it got better did it come out.
Yixiantian is a famous off-road trail in the suburbs of Beijing. Due to the heavy rain the year before last, there was flooding inside and people died. Recalling that I also went in in the rain that night, and came out safely, God blessed me.
Tuda is already my third hard-core off-road vehicle. The first one is 2.4 Paladin. It accompanied me through the primary stage of off-road, worked hard and never dropped the chain. However, following me has also suffered a lot. People have to pay a certain price from a novice to a certain amount of experience, so they have been played with various problems. Before Beijing introduced the country 1 and 2 emission restriction policies, I had no choice but to be reluctant to sell. Lost.
The second is the Paladin, with a displacement of 3.3, which was later converted into a manual transmission, and various accessories for strengthening competition. I named him Xiao Erhei, and he has been driving many times in the deserts of Kubuqi, Tengger, Ulan Buhe, Badain Jaran, etc., and his performance is still excellent, and he is always strong.
Closer to home! At present, the first stage of modification has been completed, which is roughly as follows:

Performance modification: strengthen ignition, update computer, front axle differential lock.

However, the modification plan has been basically determined before buying the car, and some parts are even in place, just waiting for the owner! Settling down and checking the car is done, or the temporary license plate has already started to be modified! !

Installing the front axle differential lock is an absolute modification category, and the front axle needs to be removed first! The meaning of installing a front lock is to better protect the car body and save engine power, not just to find a big slope to show off its performance! Tangshan Aite’s differential lock is a major domestic manufacturer of precision instruments. The front axle of Tuda is the same as that of Navarra. It has been installed in large quantities on Navarra. The test is stable, and the electronic control starts instantly!

This is the front axle differential of the original Tuda car that was removed. It feels the same as the old Paladin.
Differentials and differential locks are different things and function differently. I won’t say much about the principle here, you can Baidu yourself, many people are easy to confuse!
Equipped to install the guard plate, the black iron rod in the picture is the rear guard plate strengthening bracket~~~top it on the beam and fix it with screws!
This is the reinforcement bracket for the front fender. The original fender was lifted up and used for the simple reason that it is too thin. This type of guard plate bracket is the latest design, the black iron rod is fixed to the beam, and the guard plate under the combination ensures the strength.

Aluminum-magnesium alloy material, expensive! Some holes are opened on the opposite side, which is also good for heat dissipation considerations. This is currently the highest guard plate!

4.5-4.8L each time, QR25de engine, valve steel cover and piston are different from the old 25, and there will be a little more oil than the old 25!
