Recently, Porsche officially stated that the new Porsche Cayenne Coupé will be officially launched in China on August 19. The official price of the new car has been released before, and the price range is 998,000 to 1,908,000 yuan.
In terms of appearance, the front face design of the Porsche Cayenne Coupe basically maintains the design of the current Porsche Cayenne. The biggest changes of the new car are concentrated on the side and rear of the car. The roof adopts a fastback design, which makes the new Cayenne Coupé look more dynamic, and the roof spoiler sets off the unique contour of the coupe, making the appearance more sporty. The rear line is more compact, giving people a stronger sense of muscle. At the same time, the new car also adopts the popular through-type taillight group. The four exhausts on both sides of the bottom also show its sporty performance in a high-profile manner.
In terms of interior, the overall design is consistent with that of Cayenne. Most of the operation and control systems of the center console are integrated in the central screen, and the five-meter instrument panel in the middle is also retained. Only the central tachometer adopts a mechanical design, and the rest are all controlled by LCD. Instead of a screen, it can display rich driving information.
The new Cayenne Coupé adopts a fastback roof. Although the body is low, the rear seat height is 30 mm lower than that of the Cayenne, so there is still plenty of head room. The luggage compartment has a volume of 625 liters, which fully meets the needs of daily use. With the rear seats folded down, the boot capacity can be increased to 1540 liters; for the new Cayenne Turbo Coupé, it can be increased from 600 liters to 1510 liters.
In terms of power, the new Cayenne Coupé is equipped with a 3.0-liter six-cylinder turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 250 kW and a maximum torque of 450 Nm. 0-100km/h only takes 6 seconds; with the optional lightweight sports package, the acceleration from 100km/h can be shortened to 5.9 seconds. The top speed of the vehicle is 243 km/h. The Cayenne Turbo Coupé is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 404 kW and a maximum torque of 770 Nm. 0-100km/h is 3.9 seconds, and the top speed is 286km/h.
In terms of configuration, the new car comes standard with speed-sensitive power steering upgrade, panoramic image, Sport Chrono package, 20-inch alloy wheels, front and rear parking assist system with reversing camera, and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM).
In addition, the new car can also be equipped with optional lightweight sports components, including a center-sinking carbon fiber roof, 22-inch GT Design wheels, seats with checkered patterns, and interiors with carbon fiber trim and Alcantara fabrics.
