Let me talk about the disadvantages first:
1. Automatically changed to manual, the original Daikin clutch, but recently the rebound of the clutch pedal has become fleshy, and the clutch oil and the original Mitsubishi master cylinder have been replaced, but there has been no improvement. The reason is unknown, and the only thing left to deal with is a four-piece suit. It doesn’t affect the use, but the foot feels bad, and the gear is slightly uncomfortable.
2. The left rear window glass can be raised and lowered normally from the left rear door panel, but it cannot be controlled from the driver’s side, which may be a problem with the driver’s switch;
3. The right rear glass was broken by the repair shop. They bought a piece of cheetah and replaced it consciously, so I didn’t replace it with the original glass;
4. It is difficult to lower the glass on the passenger side and raise it. It may be jammed or the motor is weak; 5. There is a glass bead missing on the main driver’s door panel, which cannot be matched. Just use it like this, no problem;
6. Came back after 13,000 kilometers of bumps, and found that the front transmission oil seal of the transfer case was leaking. It is currently being repaired and will be ready soon;
7. The left rear seat cannot move forward, it is estimated that something is stuck;
8. A common problem with old cars is that they rattle and rattle on the washboard road.
9. I know of two injuries: the top of the main driver’s door was smashed by a tree branch in the hands of the predecessor, and the door frame was not fixed. I replaced it with a car-removed V33 door. The left front fender, which was snowed and slid against the wall in winter, was replaced; the original headlights were aging and did not work, so I replaced them with original Cheetah lights; the two fog lights did not work, they were pure decorations.
Let me tell you what I have done.
Last year, we traveled south to north and went to Lhasa. This year, we ran 13,000 kilometers on the Lugu Lake-Ali South Line, Ngari Central-North Line, and Sichuan-Tibet Central Line. Therefore, we have made many targeted rectifications. The purpose is to replace all parts with hidden dangers to ensure that no Drop me halfway. What I can remember is roughly as follows:
1. The engine was overhauled the year before last, and the oil pump, gasoline pump, water pump, and a series of pipes and lines were replaced by the way;
2. Four KYB gray bucket shock absorbers were replaced in the previous year;
3. Replace the left and right front axle shafts, left and right upper and lower support arms, left and right steering rods, and left and right bearings;
4. The rear leaf spring was replaced; this year, a set of leaf spring rubber sleeve was replaced;
5. Last year, it was found that there was a lot of rust in the fuel tank, and it was difficult to clean, so I simply replaced the fuel tank with the original Cheetah factory;
6. A set of valve oil seals was replaced this year, but the replacement is not very good, a bit of burning oil, and it is currently being treated;
7. A set of DIY single-layer luggage rack, with small wind resistance, large load capacity, and solid materials, but the quality of the four rain gutter clips is not good. It is recommended to replace it with Thule, which is awesome. I am not willing;
8. Yaesu single-band radio is economical;
9. Five Cooper STTs, although the comfort is not good, but walking on various road conditions in Ali, this tire is still at ease!
10. I DIYed a set of heavy-duty mobile phone racks and tablet racks. Although it is a bit ugly, it can withstand the thousand-kilometer washboard road on the Ali Zhongbei Line.
11. I am the Jiangsu agent of maintenance products of an imported brand. All my cars use synthetic motor oil and all kinds of fine grains. Friends I know can testify to this. Ali traveled 13,000 kilometers and returned with a combined fuel consumption of 13.
12. I won’t mention the Lishuang cylinder line, Japanese ignition coil, Weigu solar film, and the whole car seat cover; there are many minor repairs and changes that have been forgotten. Finally, in order to provide a comfortable driving environment for my wife and son, a magic box was added to the trunk for easy storage of odds and ends; I used my brain to divide the trunk into two parts with aluminum profiles, and put the second row of seats on the right side. Lay the wooden planks upside down, and it becomes a 1.9×0.7 single bed, which is really convenient to go out.
For the above-mentioned accessories related to the engine and chassis, the original Mitsubishi factory is the first choice, followed by the Japanese sub-factory, and the worst is the Changfeng original factory.
During this trip to Ali, there were some problems with the two V73s and one Domineering in the same company. My old V33 had no problems at all.
