For friends who love movies, Ridley Scott’s “Gladiator” is a classic in many people’s hearts, and it is also the most famous epic masterpiece in Hollywood, winning 5 Oscars.
Although the Jeep Gladiator pickup launched last year follows the classic model, it also has such a domineering name. But who would associate a Gladiator pickup with a Gladiator movie?
The well-known tuning company Hennessey will do the same.
Recently, Hennessey Hennessey launched a modified version of the Jeep Gladiator Gladiator, and named it after the protagonist Maximus in the “Gladiator” movie. As far as I know, this is the first 1,000-horsepower Gladiator on Earth.
In terms of power, the car is equipped with a 6.2-liter Hellcat V8, and the engine has been fully upgraded, including ECU, engine wiring harness, intercooler, fuel system, etc., and it is also equipped with a brand new exhaust system.
In addition, the whole car is painted in bright black, equipped with a custom body surround and LED spotlights, raised about 6 inches, and installed a set of 20-inch custom wheels and a set of BF Goodrich KD off-road tires.
However, the price of this car is really not cheap. It is reported that it may break through the $20 mark, which is about RMB 1.38 million. Moreover, the car will be limited to 24 units, and starting from July, only 2 units will be produced per month.
