The guests attending the ceremony included: Zhan Guojun, Chairman of China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation, Nie Chun, Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Sports Bureau of the Autonomous Region, Guodong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Baowu Group Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Member of the Hetian Land Committee and Administrative Office Zhang Jian, Deputy Commissioner, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Hunan Radio and Television Station, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Hunan Radio and Television Group Co., Ltd. Su Haobo, chairman of the club (limited liability company).
After nearly half a month of fierce competition, the 2019 China Ring Tower (International) Rally and China Autocross Championship Xinjiang Substation came to a successful conclusion on June 2. In the car group, French drivers Christian Lavery/Jean-Pierre Gassin and teammates Liu Yangui/Sha He, Wang Hai/Li Pengcheng of the Beijing Off-Road Family Team won the top three in the national four-wheel drive group. Xu Eli/Liu Zhigang of the Geely Shell Lubricant Team won the national two-wheel drive championship. The total mileage of this round of Tajikistan Rally is 5,200 kilometers, the special stage is 2,500 kilometers, and the desert stage accounts for 65%. There are a total of 127 participating vehicles (101 cars, 26 motorcycles), and the completion rate is 31%. Armand Hernandez of the KTMR2R star team of the motorcycle group successfully defended the title.
