The “Sixth China Self-Driving Tour and RV Camping Conference” co-sponsored by the Panzhihua Municipal People’s Government, China Tourist Vehicles and Shipping Association, and Beijing Tourism Group will be held in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province from July 13 to 16, 2019. During the meeting, the “China Self-Driving RV Campground and Health Tourism Development Summit Forum” will also be organized. The following are the matters related to the meeting:

2. Member representatives of the Self-driving Travel and Camping RV Branch of the China Tourist Vehicles and Ships Association;
3. Chinese self-driving tour, RV, camping academic experts and scholars;
4. The person in charge of the self-driving travel and camping RV associations in various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country and the person in charge of the national self-driving travel and camping RV enterprises;
5. The heads of the cultural and tourism departments of the district and county governments of Panzhihua City;

5. Schedule:
On July 13th, all-day participants will report to the hotel in Panzhihua City;
The opening ceremony of the evening camping conference and related activities;
Departure Ceremony of Self-driving RV Parade on July 14th
China’s self-driving RV campground and health tourism development summit forum;
On July 15, the whole day inspected the construction of self-driving campsites in Panzhihua City;
On the morning of July 16, the delegates returned.
6. Participation fee:
1. The event organizing committee will provide double standard room accommodation;
2. Participants shall pay for the round-trip transportation expenses by themselves.
7. Registration method and pick-up station arrangement:
1. Participants are requested to fill in the “Sixth China Self-Driving Tour and RV Camping Conference Registration Receipt” (attached) and reply to the Secretariat by email before July 5, 2019. The number of participants is limited, and each unit is limited to send 1-2 representatives to participate, until the registration is full.
2. Representatives who need to arrange a pick-up station can inform the association secretariat of the round-trip information no later than July 5 for arrangement.
3. The meeting will be arranged to provide pick-up and drop-off services at Panzhihua Airport and Panzhihua Railway Station all day on July 13 and 16. Due to the large number of participants, no arrangements can be made after the deadline, please understand.
