The car jumps badly when passing the speed bump. There are many reasons for this situation. Don’t rush to change this or that. Make a good inspection. Generally, follow the simple and rare procedures: rubber sleeves for tie rods, rubber sleeves for balance rods, suspension rods, and shock absorbers. Rubber sleeves, shock absorbers, stiffness actuators, girder rubber sleeves. Among them, there are a total of 12 suspender rubber sleeves, and it only costs two to three hundred yuan to replace them all, and the bottom four are easy to be damaged.
Another thing to remind is that our 100 direction motor is more likely to be damaged. It is the lower telescopic motor. According to my estimation, it is the reason for the rubber ring in the picture. My telescopic motor was also broken before. I replaced it, but it still does not work smoothly. , It takes a lot of effort to expand and contract, and sometimes I have to use my hands to assist. Later, I found this rubber ring, and there is no problem after replacing it. The picture below is the replacement. Because the apron is damaged, the force on the motor will be different when it is running, and the load will increase. If this happens for a long time, the telescopic motor will be damaged.
The steering wheel was a bit wide, and the reason was found, and four of the six were replaced, and the problem was perfectly solved.
Tire pressure monitoring is installed, and there are tire pressure and temperature. Due to the shading pad, it is not easy to fix. Two Velcro stickers are pasted on the recorder to fix it perfectly. This tire pressure monitor is only 8.4 grams, light and durable, without dynamic balance. Others have 28 grams and must be dynamically balanced.
The leather steering wheel is a bit thin, and I couldn’t find the exact same leather, so I made a similar seam.
The steering gear is leaking oil, and the repair kits have been bought. I heard from the riders that the repair effect is average, so I directly replaced it with the original one. By the way, I replaced the outer ball head, flange cover, and boom rubber sleeve together.
