The 14th Alxa Heroes Association International Food Festival in 2019 has a new appearance, offering you a carnival of taste buds.
The biggest difference in this year’s food festival is the concentration of food merchants. 6 gourmet booths are located on Hero Avenue, more than 200 gourmet booths are laid out side by side, and 400 tables and chairs are strung together to form public dining spaces in each big shed. The 12,000 m2 gourmet exhibition area is one stop, allowing you to eat all kinds of food from all over the world without leaving the booth !

In the past, you probably sat cross-legged on the sand for dinner and group building, “using the sky as your cover and the ground as your hut”.
But this year, the nighttime temperature is very low. The organizer changed the A shed on the westernmost side of the food street into the Cangtian Damo Hall to help you move the party indoors and keep your emotions warm at any time.
Dishes include flying fish and geese, blazing fire like pigeons, freshness in the setting sun and the sky…Here, you can welcome the eight treasures of jade food into your mouth and embrace the chivalry of the world.
There is also abalone fin rice cooked by the chef of the Michelin restaurant in Shanghai. This is even more delicious than the food festival. This dish will be presented to you together with the casserole. The fresh abalone in the pot is enough to make you salivate.
