As soon as I say go, I want to act immediately. The destination is the Zhangbei Grassland not far from Beijing. Mr. Taozi heard that there is a grassland road that is most suitable for self-driving tours. This time, I must experience it for myself and say It was also the first time to drive Taozijun alone. I was excited and nervous, and I didn’t know what would happen. But these did not stop me from moving forward, but made me look forward to the next trip even more.
For this trip, I chose the original Datong RV80 B-type RV as my travel partner. This car can be driven in C, with a kitchen and bathroom inside, and the big bed I want to sleep in at the rear. After filling up my beloved RV partner, the trip officially began. The weather in Beijing today is as sunny and sunny as my mood, which is very suitable for going out and playing.
After driving at high speed for more than an hour, I decided to take a break in the service area before continuing to set off. By the way, I would like to share with you my driving experience of this RV. This RV uses a 6AMT with a 2.5T diesel turbocharged engine. Automatic gearbox, the power output is still very stable, plus it is an automatic gearbox, it is still very convenient to operate, girls like Tao Zijun can also easily control it.

After a long journey of nearly four hours, I was finally approaching the destination of this trip – Zhangbei Grassland, and I was very excited. Looking at this prairie scenery that is different from the city, my mood also became smoother, but the next thing happened, which completely disrupted my whole plan. . .
“What? The Grassland Road is not open until June?” I asked in surprise. Listening to what the administrator of the scenic spot said, my mind went blank, and I didn’t know what to do in an instant. The Grassland Sky Road will only open in June, so where should I go now? Road, I was about to cry, when the road manager of the scenic spot said again: “You can go to the Zhongdu Grassland not far from here to see, it should be open now, and the scenery is also good.” My heart ignited again A glimmer of hope, looking at this beautiful scenery but unable to enter, I can only simply take a photo to commemorate it.
I got in the car and turned on the navigation. I saw that Zhongdu Grassland was only 30 minutes away. I didn’t want to talk nonsense, so I set off immediately and followed the navigation all the way. After a while, I drove to Zhongdu Grassland, at the entrance of the scenic spot. Enthusiastic uncles and aunts were trying their best to ride horses and camels. After I parked the car and got off, someone asked me if I wanted to ride a horse. After I kindly refused, I asked if the scenic spot was open. The answer was still that it would only open in June. I felt instantly disheartened. Seeing the sky getting darker, I don’t know what to do, I can only get in the car first and then think about the next itinerary.
After getting in the car, watching the sun go down gradually, thinking about the tiring day, I really don’t want to move. I decided to set up camp here today. The night in the grassland is still a bit cold. I turned on the fuel heater of the car to heat the car. At the same time the water is heated. I need to wash up later, and I don’t feel like cooking today, so I’ll just eat some snacks. I turned on my phone and looked through the nearby attractions, preparing for tomorrow’s itinerary. Far away, just over 200 kilometers away, the scenic spot was open. I had a good eye, and after calling the scenic spot, it was confirmed that it was open, and I felt better. After washing up, I checked the door locks again. I went to bed after confirming that it was correct. Although I went to two scenic spots today and the doors were not open, I was still very happy.
