My name is Chen Zhiqiang, I am 34 years old, and I have been the owner of Chery for 7 years. I have gained a lot of wonderful things in this big family, and I am especially grateful for the warmth of that day.
On the morning of February 16, I planned to drive out to do some errands, but the car couldn’t start. When I was in a hurry, I tried to call Chery’s 400 number. I didn’t have much hope at first, because my car had already passed the warranty period. Unexpectedly, after learning about the situation, the service center of the 4S shop immediately sent rescuers, and also explained some precautions for me.
After waiting for less than half an hour, the Chery rescue vehicle arrived. The repairman acted very quickly. As soon as he arrived, he started to check the vehicle’s wiring. After troubleshooting the wiring problem, he followed up with the oil pump inspection.

While the master was troubleshooting the problem, I suddenly received a call from home, saying that the child was sick and had to go to the hospital immediately. How to do? The car broke down, and it was difficult to get a taxi for a while. Just when I was in a panic, the master who was repairing decisively put down the work in hand, and immediately drove the repair service car to my house, picked up the child and took us to the hospital.
When I arrived at the hospital, it was found that the child was running a high fever. The doctor immediately gave him antipyretic treatment, saying that it was dangerous for the child to have a high fever. Fortunately, it was delivered in time without delay. Hearing this, I was really terrified. Thanks to Master Chery who extended a helping hand in time, otherwise I would not dare to think about the consequences. During the child’s treatment, the two masters also stayed with us and did not leave. I was not relieved until the child’s fever subsided.
After seeing the child and returning home, the two masters quickly repaired the car. I wanted to invite the two masters to sit at home, but they declined, saying: “The customer’s business is also our business.” This rescue really warmed my heart.
