In August 2011, Gesta Star RV officially established a wholly-owned subsidiary factory in mainland China to specialize in the production and operation of various RVs with guaranteed quality.
This C-type RV is modified based on the second-class chassis of Chase V80. The length, width and height are 5995*2350*3100mm, and the wheelbase is 3850mm. The body of the car body is made of prefabricated composite panels with all-aluminum frame and glass fiber reinforced plastic sandwich, which is convenient for maintenance. The body and roof are designed with thermal insulation to reduce heat loss inside the car.
In terms of power, it adopts a 2.5T diesel turbocharged engine, matched with a 6-speed AMT automatic transmission, with a maximum power of 100kW, a maximum torque of 330Nm, and a maximum speed of 130km/h, meeting the National V emission standards. The central control LCD screen in the cab integrates multimedia , reversing image navigation integrated machine and other functions, this RV is also equipped with ESP body stabilization system.
The body line is smooth, besides the conventional gravity water injection port and mains power interface, the side is also equipped with special push-out windows for RV, manual sunshade, electric steps, external luggage compartment, external gas stove (with gas tank storage warehouse), etc. , in line with mainstream C-type car configuration standards.
Entering the compartment, the overall decoration of the passenger area at the rear adopts a combination of light brown and white, which is comfortable and luxurious, and looks very warm.
The middle part of the carriage is the reception area, which is composed of an L-shaped sofa, an independent sofa and a liftable table. When the dining table is lowered, the card seat sofa and the side sofa can form a single bed for one person to rest. The front sofa has seat belts, and two people can sit on the road; there is also a 32-inch Internet TV in the forehead area, which increases the entertainment attributes of the reception area. After the bed board is put down, there is a double bed in the forehead area, which can be used by two adults.
The operating table in the kitchen area can be expanded, with a washbasin on the right side, which can meet the daily light meal and fruit plate operation, a microwave oven on the left side, a special range hood for RV above, and a Dometic 80L RV special refrigerator under the operating table. Meet food storage requirements on the go. There is also a combustible gas detector above the operating table to ensure the safety of the compartment.
The bathroom is located at the rear of the carriage and adopts an integrated design. It is equipped with a Thetford box-type pull-out toilet, a luxurious shower, a sink, a vanity mirror, and a ventilation fan on the top to ensure that the air in the bathroom is dry and clean.
The rear bed adopts a vertical design, which can be used by two people to rest. There is a locker on the top for storing personal clothes. There is an openable side window at the head of the bed, and there is a reading light and charging at the end of the bed. Socket, the design is very considerate. Under the bed is a Korean Daewoo brand 2.5KG MINI drum washing machine, which can wash your clothes.
The hot water in the car is provided by the Webasto parking fuel heater, and the temperature is controlled by a special air conditioner for the top-mounted ultra-thin RV.
