The 2019 14th off-road e-family Alashan Heroes Meeting was grandly opened in the hinterland of the Tengger Desert on the evening of October 1. I still remember the scene of the children’s UTV convoy and parade teams from 34 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country at the opening ceremony. The roar of the engine and the fluttering of the battle flag kicked off the prelude to this hero meeting.
In the next five days, family friends from all corners of the country traveled thousands of miles and gathered in the headquarters of the Heroes Club to reminisce about old relationships and learn about driving skills.
In the past thirteen years, the clan friends have met in the Heroes Association and established their unique friendship. “Alxa is waiting for you in the wind and rain” is the belief they have always adhered to. Because of this belief, they were not afraid of the long journey, and they met back to the common home of the Alxa Heroes Association.
At the same time, wonderful events and activities are also staged passionately. The T3 Challenge, T3 Relay, All-Terrain Vehicle Challenge, Tengger Challenge, and Rock Challenge have brought together countless heroes who dare to gallop. Show off the bravery of off-road people; the themed activities such as Aviation Carnival, Little Heroes Club, and Dreamland Electronic Music Festival will be staged in turn, making all participants excited.
As of October 5, nearly 400,000 vehicles and 1.2 million people have entered the Heroes’ venue area, and the number of vehicles and people entering the park has reached a new high.

It is really hard and not easy to hold a grand event smoothly. The staff in each position hope that the grand event will develop in the expected direction, but they often encounter some problems during the actual landing process, such as venue congestion, long waiting time for members to enter the park, etc. This is a hundreds of thousands of cars. , Millions of people in the scale of the event is inevitable in the development process. We have the responsibility to reflect on and analyze these existing problems, and find reasonable and effective solutions in the near future. I hope that the family members will give more understanding and support. Finally, I would like to say thank you to all the staff during the hero meeting. It was their selfless dedication and hard work that ensured the smooth and successful holding of the event. Thanks to all the military police and security guards for their efforts in traffic guidance and order maintenance; thanks to all the cleaners and volunteers, it is because of their dedication that visitors from afar can enjoy themselves in the oasis of Tengger.
